This $12M renovation to the Johnson Fine Arts Center went sideways with design, budget and construction issues. NSU released the architect-of-record and called on CO-OP to “please help us fix it”. It was a serious challenge, but we didn’t hesitate. We dove in and provided administration services for a very complicated project.
“It has been a pleasure to work with Tom Hurlbert, Kyle Raph, and Steve Miller…we are absolutely delighted with the working relationship we’ve developed. The Johnson Fine Arts building was initially started by a differing architectural team – we are exceptionally pleased that CO-OP came to our assistance in an absolute time of need.” – Dr. James Smith, Former NSU President
